DAY 1

Arrival at KLIA, meet by driver and transfers to your hotel.
In the evening, Kuala Lumpur night tour.
Chinatown - Chinatown Sample the local teh tarik (warm frothy tea) named after an act of mixing tea and milk in the
air without spilling it to warm you on your evening stroll. Join the busy buzz of the Chinatown market as merchants
and pedestrians bargain for crafts, cloths, and other items. Don’t miss out on the food hawker culture.
Malayan Railway Administration Building (Pass By) and stopover at Merdeka Square. Also called Independence
Square, this symbol of Malaysian independence is one of the most picturesque squares in the world
Next, The River of Life Kuala Lumpur has been listed in world’s top 10 Waterfront Districts by The Independent,
United Kingdom’s online news portal, recently. Equipped with a Dancing Symphony Fountain, Blue Corridor, fog and
lighting effects, visitors can expect a stunning visual experience when visiting this stretch of riverfront at the heart of
KL.
Lastly, Petronas Twin Towers (Photo stop) and Lake Symphony In this spectacular fountain scene, dozens of water
jets in the park’s artificial lake will shoot up in the air, and colorful beams of light dance through the water. The
harmony of water and bright colors make the scene more sparkling and radiant. With two fountains with an
intelligent display of water, the Symphony Lake has five programs with 380 individually sequence defects of water
that shoot up to a maximum height of 42 m. While waiting for the show to start around 8pm, you can enjoy
shopping at the nearby Suria KLCC, housing over 320 high-end local and international retailers, brands represented
include Coach, Kate Spade and Jimmy Choo. But, don't forget to get back to Lake Symphony to catch the KLCC

DAY 2

Discover the old and the new on this full-day tour which is designed to give you the best possible
introduction to this bustling city as well as the outskirt areas. First we will make a photo stop at Petronas
Twin Towers. Later head out of the metropolis to visit the extraordinary Batu Caves, a limestone hill riddled
with caves and cave temples.
Climb the 272 steps to the shrine of Hindu Lord Murugan, visited by over a million pilgrims every year on
the annual Thaipusam festival. At the world famous Royal Selangor Pewter factory, learn about the
production methods of this pioneering pewter maker and enjoy a short guided tour of the factory where
you can watch how this alloy is turned into popular souvenirs.
Stop at Independence Square before the visit to KL City Gallery (Closed on Tuesday). This small museum is
an excellent starting point for visitors to learn about the history of KL, in an engaging and informative
fashion. As well as a photographic record of the city, entitled "Old Kuala Lumpur", the ground floor has a
scale model of Merdeka Square. Another scale model, The Spectacular City Model Show, this time of
modern KL, is on the first floor. The museum is housed in an attractive neo- Renaissance structure, which
has performed several functions since it was built in 1899, including being the main colonial printing office,
and more recently, a public library.
The National Mosque is a uniquely designed mosque that embodies a contemporary expression of
traditional Islamic art, calligraphy and ornamentation. Its most striking feature is the multi-fold umbrellalike roof which symbolizes the aspirations of an independent nation, standing prominently against the
skyline is the sleek and stylish 73m high minaret
At night transfers to Atmosphere 360 Restaurant KL Tower for buffet dinner.
Thereafter, return to hotel.

DAY 3

Day trip to historical town Malacca.
Founded in 1403, Melaka is Malaysia’s oldest town, full of fascinating history and multi-cultural heritage.
The Portuguese, Dutch and British ruled over Melaka's silk and spice trade for centuries and these invaders
have left an unparalleled legacy of historical relics and monuments, reflected most strongly in its town. The
beauty of the town has now been recognized and it was designated as a UNESCO World Heritage site in
2008.
Relive history as you walk through the city’s historic buildings including the Stadthuys, St. Paul’s church and
the mighty fortress - Porta de Santiago, built by the Portuguese in 1512. Then, have time to stroll along the
Jonker Street, known for its antiques, souvenirs, arts and crafts. Lunch is included

DAY 4

Morning at own leisure.
Afternoon Firefly Phenomenon tour at Kuala Selangor
This afternoon tour takes you southwest of the city, travelling through the rural countryside. Sekinchan Paddy Field
located about 95km from Kuala Lumpur has vast, well-irrigated and organized paddy fields around Sekinchan
produce one of the highest yields of rice in the country. Stopover at the Paddy Gallery in their factory, and tour
guides will show a video to the visitors about the process of the paddy plantation with a mechanized planting
method. They will explain the paddy planting and paddy processing to the visitors.
Next, stopover at Masjid Jamek Sultan Ibrahim follow by Melawati Hill has several remnants from the past that
appeal to those interested in its history. At the top of the hill gives you an excellent panoramic view of Selangor
coastline. You would be able to see the Straits of Malacca on a clear day, The Hill of Melawati is also home to the
Silver-Leafed Monkeys and Long-Tailed Macaques.
Thereafter, reaching Kuala Selangor wetland reserve, you will be rewarded with a breathtaking scenery of the
mangrove forests, home to an incredibly nocturnal beetle commonly called firefly. Unlike all other beetles, fireflies
have a remarkable ability to produce a synchronous flashing light from their lower abdomen during the night time.
As the sun starts its descent towards the horizon, cruise on a boat upriver and discover the exquisite beauty of these
bioluminescent creatures dancing and swaying rhythmically along both sides of the river. Don't miss the chance to
see this unusual nighttime phenomenon which is also makes for some interesting photography.
Please note: Like many nature’s great events, the display of the flashing fireflies is influenced by weather conditions.
Please also bear in mind that mosquitoes come out more in the evening and at night, so it is essential that you bring
along insect repellent.

DAY 5

Free until time transfers to KLIA for your flight (Own booking) to Penang.
Upon arrival, meet by driver and transfers to you hotel.
At night, Penang Night tour
Transfer for dinner at Gurney Drive Hawker Center (own expenses) followed by a visit to the Night Market at Batu
Ferringhi. A slow walk at Gurney driver before we return to hotel.
(In the event of raining, visit to night market will be replace by shopping mall)

DAY 6

Morning, Hill & Temple Tour
Also known as the Temple of Supreme Bliss, Kek Lok Si Temple is the largest Buddhist temple in Southeast Asia and
arguably one of the most iconic landmarks in Penang. The centerpiece of the temple is the 7-tiered Pagoda of 10,000
Buddha’s and adjacent to this imposing edifice is a bronze Statue of Guanyin (Goddess of Mercy), believed to be the
tallest in the world.
For a panoramic view of Georgetown and the Straits of Malacca, hop on the funicular train and ride up to the top of
Penang Hill, rising spectacularly 830 metres above sea level. It was once a cool hill retreat during the colonial days.

Please note: When visiting sacred temples or places of worship, it is best to show respect in dress code. Dress as
modestly as possible (shorts, miniskirts and sleeveless tops are inappropriate and must be avoided). A small
donation of MYR2.00/person is required when entering the Pagoda. At times, without advance notice, the funicular
train may be closed due to inclement weather or for routine maintenance. When this happens, it will be substituted
with a visit to Tropical Spice Garden.
Afternoon, Historical Georgetown tour.
Georgetown, named after King George III of England, is known for its well preserved colonial buildings. Hear stories
of the city’s past and present as you drive past its famous landmarks including Fort Cornwallis, Queen Victoria
Memorial Clock Tower, Clan Jetty and Street of Harmony where mosque, kovil, temple and church sit along the same
short stretch of road.
Next, visit the Colonial Penang Museum for a glimpse into the state’s rich heritage and make stops at Wat
Chayamangkalaram Siamese temple and Dhammikarama Burmese temple to take in their striking architectural style.
Later, pay a visit to a favourite local chocolate shop for an opportunity to browse some of its finest products.
Entrance tickets are included.
In the event that Colonial Penang Museum is closed, it will be replace by Peranakan Mansion.

DAY 7

Free until time transfers to Penang International Airport for your flight (Own Booking) to Langkawi.
Upon arrival, meet by driver and transfers to you hotel.
Overnight (3 nights) Langkawi Island

DAY 8

Mangroves, Rocky Cliffs & River Cruise
Take a river cruise to discover the maze of 450-million-year limestone formations and tangled mangroves that
constitute the Kilim Geoforest Park, home to some of nature’s best-kept secrets. The mangrove forest seems to be
an endless green and silent world, but it is rich in wildlife and you will have the chance to spot the animals that live in
this coastal environment.
Learn about the park’s history, geology and wildlife from your knowledgeable guide and take in the natural beauty of
the area, which is also home to the highest density of eagles. Explore an ancient cave filled with bats, stalagmites
and stalactites and pause to have your lunch at a floating fish farm restaurant. Weather permitting, stop and relax at
a secluded beach backed by rocky cliffs, formed after centuries of erosion. Lunch is included

DAY 9

Highlights of Langkawi
A perfect introduction for all first-timers, this tour gives you a glimpse into a mix of old and new, from the
contrasting energy of Langkawi’s bustling little city to the tranquility of everyday rural life. Highlights include the
Eagle Square.
Next, enjoy a thrilling ride on a cable car as it whisks you to an altitude of more than 2,000 feet, landing atop
Machincang mountain*. Gaze at the astounding view of the surrounding islands and the coast of southern Thailand
that a clear day affords. Embrace the opportunity to explore the forest canopy up close with access to a specially
designed suspension bridge.
Please note: Entrance tickets into the crocodile farm and cable car are not included. *At times, without advance
notice, the cable car may be closed due to weather conditions or for routine maintenance. Where this happens, the
cable car will be substituted with a visit to the Wildlife Park.
